　　Reporting and Domestic Operation Assistant HSS HBCN

　　In this role, you will:
    

　　To prepare all regulatory reporting (including P/L and B/S) to be submitted to CSRC, SAFE and other regulators;
    

　　To maintain control on clients’ injections/ repatriations and FX and ensure adherence to applicable regulations;
    

　　To maintain control on clients’ investment quota and ensure that they are within the limits approved by SAFE;
    

　　To handle the operation of Corporate Trust and Loan Agency (CTLA), e.g. Escrow Account;
    

　　To draft reply of client’s inquiries and requests;
    

　　To maintain contact with clients and client’s auditors to facilitate the reporting process
    

　　To assist supervisors in streamlining operation procedures;
    

　　To participate internal and regulator’s system enhancement and testing;
    

　　To adhere to the relevant guidelines, procedures and SLAs in terms of deadlines and quality;
    

　　To accept/perform any tasks/job arrangement assigned by the supervisors.
    

　　To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
    

　　Fluent written and spoken English;
    

　　Obtain any one(s) of the certificates of CET 6, GMAT, IETS, TOEFL
    

　　Ability to work under pressure;
    

　　Strong sense of responsibility;
    

　　Carefulness and patience;
    

　　Basic knowledge of Accounting and Securities.

　　In this role, you will:
    

　　• To perform accurate and efficient counter transactions and to offer a high standard of courteous and professional service to customers
    

　　• To establish and keep good relationship with valuable customers by providing one-stop counter services
    

　　• To have a strong sales sense and skills to cross-sell and proactively refer potential customers to Personal Relationship Officer (PRO) / Personal Relationship Manager (PRM) to support sales and promotion strategies. To be able to introduce independently promoted products to valuable customers
    

　　• To report customer feedback and collect market intelligence in order to seek continuous improvement in customer service
    

　　• Be familiar with local rules and regulation and internal guidelines and always keep alert for any suspicious Money Laundry activity and do report to superior
    

　　To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
    

　　• Bachelor degree or above(recognized by the state)
    

　　• Solid knowledge on Retail Banking and Wealth Management operations and products
    

　　• Good understanding of local rules and regulations and internal guideline
    

　　• Strong sense of responsibility
    

　　• Good communication and interpersonal skill
    

　　• Good written and spoken English
    

　　• Good sales sense and selling skills
