System Support Intern

Overview: To support the salesforce.com project.
Responsibilities:
- Support salesforce.com (SFDC) project management, focus on data cleansing and integration, anticipant in UAT and quality control activity
- Support daily helpdesk, regular reporting and dashboard sets, and some simply system configuration;
- Support lead assignment.
- Support global sales team in terms of the SFDC utilization, training, issue resolution, user manual etc.
Requirements:
- University or post graduate students, major in computer science or software engineering
- Problem solving and fast learning capabilities are necessary;
- Strong team work spirit;
- Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
IT Support Intern

Overview: Provide IT support to users within China region by various means of communication, resolve IT related problems, handle reported requests, answer inquires, cooperate with other department for IT projects, to finally enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer phone calls to the TE China Help Desk promptly and professionally, accept and process inquiries and requests from other sources as well as web ticket, email, voice message.
2. Provide first level trouble shooting and resolution for desktop/network/voice/external device issues.
3. Cooperate with relevant departments for IT projects.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, IT related major preferred
2. Experience with PC-based applications including MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook, etc.
3. Familiar with other OS including apple IOS, android, Blackberry OS, etc.
4. Responsible, team player, self motivated, outgoing, customer-oriented
5. Good English and Mandarin
