Report to: Sales Head
     
    Main Responsibilities：
     
    1.        Conduct training needs analysis for field sales force
    2.        Set up annul training plan
    3.        Develop and deliver training programs for Sales team
    4.        Maintain effective communication with line managers
     
    Competencies Required
     
    1.        University degree or equal
    2.        At least 5 year working experience in training field with demonstrated sales experience
    3.        Passionate, Energetic with excellent presentation & communication skills
    4.        Positive thinking, high degree of self-motivation, creative
    5.        Teamwork spirit and meanwhile able to work independently
    6.        Pleasant personality with sense of humour, able to travel frequently
    7.        Service oriented.
     
    Skills & Knowledge
    1.      Understand of Food industry (business, products, customers etc.)
    2.      Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
    3.      Excellent English proficiency;
    4.      Excellent listen and Communication skill
    5.      Good business acumen
