Job Duties:
-Performs advanced, diversified & confidential administrative duties. Takes a pro-active approach to problem solve routine and general office issue.
-Provide administrative assistance to the operation, such as payroll return and absence tracking, SD Static maintenance, supply order management, training record management, Reward &Recognition coordination, library management and tracking, Staff movement paperwork (on-boarding, attrition, movement) and travel arrangement.
-Maintain calendar of appointments, meeting itineraries and coordinates related arrangements for the Head of each Analytics functions.
-Visitor administrative support. Responsibility includes invitation letter preparation, creation of visitor itinerary, hotel booking, car service arrangement, restaurant reservation booking, building access approval, meeting room booking.
-Staff welfare and communication. Support staff care activity, All Hands meeting booking and coordination.
-Responsible for recording and maintenance of expenses and invoice processing
-Controls / Monitors the budget expense for the department
-Maintains good working relationship with internal, external contacts and GSCs wide. Provide administrative assistance to support Analytics CoE related tasks, such as training, attrition, chargeback and headcount tracking. Liaise center-wide communication and activity, such as VP leave/out of office schedule update, building facility need with JLL, Trade Union activity support.
-Migration process support. Assist management team to update and maintain migration documents.
-Facilitate other related projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Proficient in computer applications ( MS Office, Lotus Notes)
-Excellent in written and verbal English communication skills
-Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management in different nationalities
