　　Position title: Junior Accountant
    

　　Working location: Shanghai
    

　　Responsible for the complete, timely execution of the Accounting Operations in good quality according to the defined activity split. Contribute to the reliability of the books in his/her scope of responsibility allowing a certification by external auditors.
    

　　Major Responsibilities:
    

　　Process assigned tasks in relevant accounting process (e.g. AR/AP/TE, etc.)
    

　　Maintain relevant module in the SAP system
    

　　Act as contact for relevant Accounting process, including managing employee inquiries, escalating issues
    

　　Maintain efficient Accounting service delivery of managing employee inquiry process according to policies and standards.
    

　　Taking ownership of the solutions for issues occurred in daily operations (general inquiries, explanation and guidance of policies and procedures)
    

　　To improve quality standards and KPIs by identifying service delivery issues, proposing appropriate solutions.
    

　　Ensure appropriate documentation of current status of customer queries to secure on appropriate customer service at any point in time (e.g. holiday or sudden absence).
    

　　Support the development, maintenance and improvement of a detailed knowledge management of designated processes and interfaces for countries covered.

　　Working location: Shanghai
    

　　The position is responsible for certain process: performs transactional tasks, administers incoming queries, provides HR information.
    

　　Major Responsibilities:
    

　　Process relevant HR processes (Recruitment /Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, Information system, Front office, Training, etc.)
    

　　Maintain relevant module of HR system

　　Position title: PCT Junior Engineer Intern
    

　　Working location: Shanghai
    

　　Major Responsibilities:
    

　　Assist in trouble shooting at PCT equipment in the field and in PCT-Rooms, especially on instruments, motors and Electrical Heat Tracing
    

　　Assist in provision or removal or disposal of spare parts and construction materials Assist in preparation of devices for repair, especially motors and valves
    

　　Assist in preparation and execution of preventive maintenance and of proof testing of safety instrumented functions
    

　　Assist in preparation, checking and storing of work instructions for daily PCT maintenance
    

　　Assist in creation and updating of plans for preventive maintenance at PCT equipment
    

　　Assist in scanning and storing of documentation maintenance activities with proper attributes
