二、招聘信息
Java軟件初級(jí)開發(fā)工程師
職責(zé)簡述：
作為易保軟件工程團(tuán)隊(duì)一員，參與大型全球保險(xiǎn)商業(yè)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和軟件開發(fā);參與各項(xiàng)產(chǎn)品組件的設(shè)計(jì)和編程開發(fā);參與軟件產(chǎn)品及項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施和維護(hù)工作。
任職要求：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，IT及相關(guān)專業(yè)，具備良好的英語聽說讀寫能力
2. 熱愛編程，有Java相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先，對(duì)研究和優(yōu)化保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的運(yùn)作管理有濃厚興趣，有商業(yè)軟件公司實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先

軟件測試工程師
職責(zé)簡述：
1. 執(zhí)行大型商用系統(tǒng)軟件測試和軟件產(chǎn)品功能測試(系統(tǒng)測試，集成測試，核心模塊測試，性能測試，安全測試等)
2. 軟件缺陷追蹤和修改撰寫測試分析報(bào)告和其他相關(guān)文檔
3. 學(xué)習(xí)自動(dòng)化測試(測試平臺(tái)建設(shè)，新測試技術(shù)研究)，學(xué)習(xí)設(shè)計(jì)測試案例，準(zhǔn)備測試數(shù)據(jù), 相關(guān)測試執(zhí)行;
任職要求：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，IT及英語類相關(guān)專業(yè)，英語/日語聽說讀寫熟練
2. 有軟件測試經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;熟悉java/C++/C#編程語言的優(yōu)先
3. 具有B/S開發(fā)測試經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;具有白盒，灰盒測試經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
4. 具有良好的溝通能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神
5. 每周實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間不低于4天
Jr. Consultant
As a member of consulting team, Jr. Consultant requires to conduct client’s request analysis; responsible for designing/providing solutions under the direction of the mentor to improve the operations of insurance companies on a global basis; testing performances and usability of applications, designing relevant reports.
Specification:
l Bachelor degree or above,
l Excellent English communication (CET6 & above)
l Be creative, open for consistent improvement, fast learner, self-motivated and prudent at work;
l Good analytical skill, hard working, good team player and willing to work in global base.
