    In this role, you will:
    To handle the opening, updating, and closure of A-share and B-share internal securities and cash accounts, RMB special account at PBOC, various investor IDs at central depositories, as well as to handle related inquiries;
    To collect account related documents and maintain client’s static data.
    To handle post account opening regulatory filings for QFII, CIBM and RQFII;
    To handle all invoice/charges-related issues and non-trade transfers for change of local/global custodian;
    To assist supervisors in streamlining operation procedures;
    To participate internal and external system enhancement and testing;
    To adhere to the relevant guidelines, procedures and SLAs in terms of deadlines and quality;
    To accept/perform any tasks/job arrangement assigned by the supervisors.
    To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
    Fluent written and spoken English;
    Good interpersonal communication skills;

    2.Scan the FCY and LCY payment instruction from sub-branch to main branch;
    3.assist in customer KYC and account document preparation;

    5.Support the main branch;
    6.Other task assigned by supervisors.
    To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
    1.Knowledge on customer Accounts, remittances;
    2.Familiarity with local regulations and rules for FCY remittance;

    Maintenance Clerk STK SHH

    In this role, you will:
    To file the department related documents in a systematic order;
    To assist the executive to update Business Recovery Plan and other 、paper works;
    To handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and the document transfer between RBWM and other departments, send out facsimiles and distribute incoming ones in order;
    To attend to the incoming telephone calls to customers’ satisfaction;
    To prepare the buy-smart order for RBWM, take charge of what received
    and deliver to related person;
    To handle ITT for counter;
    To prepare daily and monthly reports for supervisor’s checking, and forward to FCD, AOC or SAFE;
    To have a strong sales sense and skills to cross-sell and proactively refer potential customers to Customer Relationship Officer or Manager to support sales and promotion strategies;
    To be able to sell independently promoted products to valuable customers under specific.
    To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
    University or above degree (recgonized by the state);
    General understanding of Banking Operations and Retail Products;
    Understanding of local rules and regulations;
    Good communication skills with internal/external customers;
    Self disciplined, motivated and well-organized;
    Good spoken English and Mandarin.
