In this role, you will:
To establish solid relationship with Bank’s foreign institutional securities services clients and investment institutions, support and handle all customer questions and queries in a professional and effective manner on a daily basis.
To act as the focal point of contact for customer enquiries, lead, design and implement Bank’s securities services enhancement plan in the process of supporting clients.
To solve customized services and requests by coordinating with different business units within the team and the Bank.
Keep clients updated in a timely manner of all changes in relevant regulations, rules and changes in local investment market.
Assisting, advising and reviewing clients’ investment license and quota application by coordinating and liaising with regulators (CSRC, SAFE etc), which is a very intensive exercise.
To translate documents, and to assist and prepare various market analysis and data / information statistics etc.
Working closely with regional team and other internal departments.
To continue promote new product and contributes to the Bank’s profitability.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor degree holder (recognized by the state) with basic knowledge in securities industry and / or in banking and financial institution
Sufficient knowledge in securities market
Strong analysis ability
Proficiency in both oral and written English
Strong capacity to manage client interests and be customer focus
Strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential

In this role, you will:
- Processing of Global Markets Derivatives transactions in bank system, i.e. TREATS, Summit , Murex, DTP and HUB etc..
- By checking source documents, perform telephone confirmation, preparing and sending confirmation letter, and arranging settlements, passing accounting entries if any, recording transactions in deal register, arranging filing accordingly.
- By taking follow-up actions for exceptional cases in a timely manner.
-Making sure all transactions to be fully in compliance with internal (GM FIM) & external (local regulations) requirement.
- By performing deal booking reconciliation for derivative transactions as per GM FIM requirements. For any unmatched and mismatched items investigation need carrying out.
- Performing an efficient operation of the section.
§ - By reviewing offline remind reports and manual register at day beginning and make sure that proper actions have been or will be taken.
- By monitoring and ensuring CNY settlement of ’ transactions with good value before CNY payment cut-off time in order to cater for local regulatory requirements.
- By sorting vouchers as per FIM’s requirements and cancel those within the limit.
- Any other issues related to Derivatives BAU
Job Requirements:
- University degree or above.l
- Strong in priority setting and time management. Willing to work under pressure.
- Good at MS office software (Excel) and other financial reporting system.
- Highly responsible, quick-learning, self-motivated and highly efficient and with confidence on communication. Fluent verbal and written English.
- Relevant working experience or accounting background is preferred.
