　　我們提供非常完善的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，在未來的2年內(nèi)，我們的管理培訓(xùn)生將會(huì)輪崗于不同部門進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)踐，并給與不同的任務(wù)和目標(biāo)來幫助更好的了解商務(wù)認(rèn)知以及如何培養(yǎng)和訓(xùn)練商務(wù)技巧和技能，終將成為我們銷售部門中的骨干儲(chǔ)備人才。
    

　　We offer you the great opportunity to start your career in MANE by joining our China Management Trainee Programme. The duration of will be 2 years. During the 2 years traineeship period, you will be provided with assignments with the objective of building business understanding and cultivating business skills and competencies so as to be our strong future key employee in Sales department in MANE China.
    

　　Candidate Criteria:
    

　　-Bachelor Degree in fragrances, fine chemical, marketing or related major
    

　　-Creative and passion to Fragrances and Flavors industry
    

　　-Structured and creative approach to work
    

　　-Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
    

　　-Able to handle pressure and ambiguity
    

　　-Capacity to learn and develop continuously
    

　　-High energy and self-motivated
    

　　-Excellent written and verbal command of English
    

　　-Computer literate in excel and PPT
    

　　-Overseas study experience will be preferred
