I'm fortymarried with two children. My troublethathaven't got enoughdo. The kids are at school all daythe houseempty. Soeat chocolates, mostly. I've puta lotweight , butcan't give them up.try as hard ascan butjust can't stop eating.

If you didn't sleephours duringearly partthe evening, you would be more readysleep at bedtime. If you didn't nap after dinner, you would not wantstay up so late,you would not feelneedtakesleeping pill. The pillstill workingyour system when you get upthe morning.
