As support for our Shanghai office, we are looking for the right person to join our Operations Team in managing our orders. You will use our internal IT systems to coordinate with customer service and quality control. We offer a pleasant working environment with an international team.

Your Responsibilities:

- Check and process orders to factories.
- Check and prepare orders for shipping.
- Communicate with customer service about order updates.
- Communicate with production line about order updates.
- Answering emails and updating shipping codes.
——檢查和處理工廠訂單。
——檢查訂單和準(zhǔn)備貨運(yùn)。
——與客服溝通訂單更新細(xì)節(jié)。
——與生產(chǎn)部門交流跟蹤訂單。
——回復(fù)電子郵件并更新航運(yùn)代碼。
Candidate Profile:

- You speak and write good English.
- You speak and write fluent Mandarin.
- You are organized, reliable, efficient.

- You can work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You have experience in operations or related (not a must, but a plus).
- You have a relevant business education (minimum bachelor degree).
- You are a Chinese citizen.

Practical Details:
Salary: Depending on background and experience.
Position: Full-Time. 9 AM – 6 PM. Monday – Friday.
Start Date: To be determined.
Work Location: Shanghai, China.
