Job Title:Reliability Engineer, Intern
Location: Shenzhen, China
Job description
Amazon China develops innovative consumer-centric product solutions. As Reliability Engineer you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design and bring to market innovative consumer products. You will work closely with an internal interdisciplinary team, and outside partners to drive key aspects of product definition, execution and test. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.
Responsibilities:
-Attend daily build meeting and summary to the lead
-Report reliability result to the lead
-Lab audit and give guidance to Contract Manufactory (CM)
-Failure review, tracking and data analysis.
Requirements:
-Major in Mechanical or electrical engineering with good academic record proof.
-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
-Have reliability knowledge, statistical knowledge and be able to use reliability and statistical method to do data analysis
-Excellent bi-lingual (Chinese & English) written and verbal communication skills required
-Self-motivated and honest individual who interacts well with a diverse group of co-workers and teams.
-Good ability in multi-task and handling a large number of tasks at once.
Title: Material and Process Development Engineer,Intern
Location: Shenzhen, China
The Enclosure Materials & Process Development (MPE) Engineer is responsible for development, qualification and validation of fabrication & finishing processes to support successful enclosure design and production. You may participate as part of the Engineering Product Development team, working directly with the Industrial Designers, Product Design Engineers, Operations Supply Base Management and Contract Fabrication Engineering and Production teams. Assist the assigned MPE on accomplishing product objectives, you may observe supply base resourcing discussions that identify tooling & fabrication methods and techniques. Observe and participate in troubleshooting material and process issues. Observe and participate in qualifying fabrication processes and tooling to assure successful introduction of new products into production.
Responsibilities:
Participation in DFM, as well as Process Yield, Capacity and Cost Modeling studies.
Participation in development and specification of Enclosure Materials, Finishes and Manufacturing Process discussions.
Direction and Oversight of Process Qualification, Approval and Documentation.
Quality improvements.
Travel to CMs (Contract Manufacturers) to observe Fabrication Process Qualification and Corrective Actions.
Requirements:
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacture Engineering, Tool Engineering or related field.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and statistical.
Enthusiasm for getting ‘hands on’ with product and production equipment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills including effective presentation of complex data.
Mandarin and English language required.
Demonstrated ability to start projects and drive to completion and achieve ‘a(chǎn)ctionable’ results.
Familiarity with CAD (ProEngineer).
Title: Mechanical Process Program Manager,Intern
Location: Shenzhen, China
The Mechanical Process Program Manager (MPPM) Intern will work closely with teams located in both the US and China throughout the design cycle. As a member of the MPPM team, you will assist the driving of cross-functional communication wthin region. You will assist in closely monitoring and driving China side activities including tooling release, process qualification, and material preparation for builds. Working closely with the China based Material and Process team, you will be help drive vendors to ensure that schedules remain on track and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Material and Process teams as well as suppliers to keep tooling and material schedules on track
Drive and track enclosure material readiness for Engineering builds
Hold meetings to keep China cross functional teams organized and focused throughout design cycle
Assist in developing risk mitigation plans with China based teams and communicate outward to a cross functional audience
Travel domestically and internationally to supplier sites as needed to keep project on schedule
Lead internal process improvement projects
Requirements:
Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills (Chinese and English)
Demonstrate critical thinking capability
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and proactive
Preferred Qualifications:
Past experience or coursework in project management

Job Title: Technical Quality Program Manager,Intern
Location: Shenzhen, China
TQPM act as a key contributor to work with Supplier Quality Management Team to meet goals of Incoming Lot Acceptance Rate, Final Assembly Line Verified Reject Rate, and improve First Past Yield at Supplier Site. TQPM (Intern) requires strong leadership, high communication competence, and fundamental knowledge of supply-chain operation.
Responsibilities:
1)Improving the process healthy report of Quality dashboard.
The successful candidate will review E2E Manufacturing Supplier Release (MSR) process, set checking
points of SCA, and come out a sustainable way for the long term control.

understand basic R&R of SQM, GCM…
Identify gaps of E2E process & come out solution;
collaborate with SQMs to address business concern;
train people the new process.
