The objective of the UOB China PFS Graduate Officer Programme is to track fresh graduates’ fundamental understanding of banking and equip them with the practical aspects of PFS business, to build future team leaders to meet the bank’s Personal Financial Services’ future growth. The 2014 UOB China PFS Graduate Officer Programme is a 24-month stint comprising of 6-month core training and job rotations and 18-month on job attachment, which is structured to provide the Graduate Officers with opportunities for accelerated learning and skills acquisition, as well as enabling them to be great at building relationships with our customers, growing their wealth and meeting their financial goals.
Job Requirement
You should preferably have or possess the following:
At least a bachelors degree with expected graduation in 2014, from any discipline, gained from a reputable university, or professionals with no more than 2 years’ work experience
Be passionate and self-driven to deliver performance excellence
Demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and be a team player
Excellent written and spoken English, with good GPA
