專家介紹，對(duì)于真正讀書的留學(xué)生，有兩點(diǎn)利好：一是節(jié)省了申請(qǐng)工簽的費(fèi)用，二是免去了6個(gè)月的等待時(shí)間，對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)不算寬裕的同學(xué)，可以立即打工來貼補(bǔ)生活費(fèi)。
但是有1點(diǎn)必須說明，既然明年學(xué)簽可以充當(dāng)工作許可了，那境內(nèi)學(xué)簽的申請(qǐng)和續(xù)簽標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和審批也會(huì)提高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，資金證明和成績(jī)單可能會(huì)成為強(qiáng)制要求，尤其是之前的成績(jī)單證明。

CitizenshipandImmigrationCanadaanticipatesbeginningimplementationofthesechangesinJanuary2014.
Changeswouldbemadetotheelectronicimmigrationprocessingsystem（theGlobalCaseManagementSystem,GCMS）andadditionalinformationwouldbeaddedtoCIC’sandCBSA’sWebsiteswhichwouldallow
CICandCBSAofficerstolimitstudypermitissuancetothosestudentsdestinedtoalistofdesignatedlearninginstitutions.
CICandtheCBSAwouldalsoamendapplicationforms,
updatefieldmanuals,andtrainofficersontheirrolesinimplementingtheproposedRegulations.
今年1月正式生效，屆時(shí)CIC和CBSA會(huì)公布具體細(xì)則和更新相關(guān)表格。
