The Retail Management Programme represents an extraordinary opportunity to forge a career in retail at Burberry.
The two year development programme is aimed at talented individuals who show the potential and ambition to join our Retail Management Team. Those who are selected will be given the exclusive opportunity to develop their career with exposure to Senior Management.
The Programme offers a holistic approach to learning and development – including practical experience in Assignments, Master classes, Mentoring and widening their network – all designed to set our most talented individuals up for success as a retail leader of the future.
The final Assignment will offer the ultimate opportunity to put all learning and development into practice in a front-line retail management role. Success in this Assignment will result in the Trainee being offered a permanent retail management role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Retail Management Programme aims to develop Trainees and progress them from Sales Associate level to a member of the Store Management team over its two year duration.
The programme includes a combination of hands-on experience in a range of assignments, Master Classes every four months on themed topics, and a Mentoring relationship throughout
Assignments last two - six months and are designed to provide Trainees with a uniquely holistic understanding of our Retail business. Current examples of assignments include:
• Outlet Store
• Childrenswear Store
• Flagship Store - Front of House and Back of House
• Burberry Private Clients
• Service & Productivity
• Customer Services
• Head Office – Visual Merchandising, Merchandising and Retail Operations.
Exact assignment types are subject to change in future where necessary. Trainees are expected to demonstrate high standards of performance, measured against assignment learning objectives and reviews. Our teams will be looking for you to be an ambassador for the programme, role modelling professionalism and seen as a credible future manager. It is essential that you are proactive and reflective in your learning and development, ensuring that you are making the most of the experiences provided. Trainees must complete an ongoing personal Learning Log and present their views on ‘Opportunities for Enhancements’ to their line manager at the end of every assignment.
Current assignment locations include Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu and mobility around China for the duration of the programme is essential. Please note that locations may change in the future, and that a requirement of mobility does not guarantee an assignment outside of your home city.

Merchandising Intern 商品部實習生
Responsibilities:
1.Assist to the Merchandising team with daily operation
2.Assist with data analysis for product and sales
3.Help with daily/weekly/monthly reports and PPT
4.Communication with stores and assist to stock transfer
5.Other task assigned by line manager
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, merchandising or clothing technology related major is preferred
2.Have strong passion to luxury/fashion industry
3.Good command of English and sharp in Excel skill
4.Detail-oriented
5.Able to work for at least 3 days a week and more than 6 months
