　　招聘職位：工藝工程師/技術(shù)員
    

　　Work Location: Shanghai
    

　　JOB OBJECTIVES:
    

　　Proactively involve in all the process related evaluation, to smooth the production process by identifying and de bottlenecking of facilities, optimizing the production process parameters with support of engineering, maintenance and operational team.
    

　　MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
    

　　1. Responsible for quarterly review and update production parameter of key products.
    

　　每季度進(jìn)行重要產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)參數(shù)的更新與整理。
    

　　2. Responsible for review and update P&ID, interlock and alarm message every 6 months.
    

　　每半年進(jìn)行P&ID，連鎖及報(bào)警信息的更新與整理。
    

　　3. Identify bottleneck of facilities and optimize main production process.
    

　　識(shí)別各設(shè)備的瓶頸，制定主要生產(chǎn)流程的優(yōu)化方案。
    

　　4. Support risk-based evaluation by production line and production unit, work with maintenance team to establish list of key spare parts.
    

　　支持完成逐生產(chǎn)線逐生產(chǎn)單元的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估并與維修部共同制定重要備品備件的清單。
    

　　5. Responsible for the launch automation projects in production.
    

　　負(fù)責(zé)推進(jìn)裝置內(nèi)各系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施。
    

　　6. Support process evaluation of new product and all the related projects.
    

　　支持對(duì)新產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的工藝流程評(píng)估，支持裝置內(nèi)各大小項(xiàng)目的工藝流程評(píng)估。
    

　　REQUIREMENTS:
    

　　Education: Bachelor or master degree; major in polymer, chemistry or chemical engineering.
    

　　Work Experience: related experience in chemical plant is preferred.
    

　　Technical and Professional Knowledge: -Experienced in AutoCAD, Microsoft office, SAP; Good English in speaking, writing and reading.
