SMC PTA program is a half-year internship program for over-performers who have strong interest in management consulting. We offer a great platform for you to work across various projects ranging from strategy, benchmarking, M&A, etc. in a multicultural environment. You will be an indispensible part of our team, gathering and analyzing data, handling interviews, and communicating effectively with both your client and your team. Also, our unique exposure to the industry, dedicated coaching and well-planned training will prepare you well for a qualified Associate Consultant at SMC upon your graduation.
SMC兼職項目助理(PTA)是一個為期半年、專為對管理咨詢行業(yè)懷有濃厚興趣的優(yōu)秀人才設(shè)計的實習項目。你將與我們多元化的團隊一起，直接參與戰(zhàn)略策劃、標桿比照、并購等各類西門子集團的商業(yè)項目。你將成為項目團隊中重要的一員，負責收集和分析數(shù)據(jù)、開展訪談、向客戶和團隊進行項目陳述等多種工作。除了在項目過程中盡職的輔導(dǎo)，我們還將提供定期的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)，幫助你深入了解管理咨詢，在畢業(yè)的時候成為一名潛在的合格助理顧問。
In this program, SMC will track and record every PTA’s performance, based on which we offer early interviews / quick interviews to qualified candidates before regular campus recruitment starts.
在整個實習項目中，SMC將密切的關(guān)注兼職項目助理的工作表現(xiàn)，對其中表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異的成員在常規(guī)校園招聘之前提供提前面試的機會，成為西門子管理咨詢的正式員工。
