渣打銀行的招聘流程分為以下幾個(gè)步驟：ig & cel 網(wǎng)上申請及通過網(wǎng)上測試 → 電話面試 → 面試。（online registration→online talent indicator→online numerical test→online application form→candidate selection→invitation to interview）
1. 網(wǎng)申:
渣打的網(wǎng)申平臺位于渣打的招聘頁面，網(wǎng)申包括online registration→online talent indicator→online numerical test→online application form。網(wǎng)申部分是全英文的，通過后可以直接進(jìn)入下一輪測試，掛掉之后使用馬甲重新測試的會被列入求職黑名單。網(wǎng)申可以在截止日期到來前分次完成，沒有時(shí)長限制。
2. 電面
渣打主要刪人的環(huán)節(jié)是在電面。我根據(jù)今年最新的幾個(gè)電面面經(jīng)整理了一個(gè)分類題庫，希望對各位的準(zhǔn)備有所幫助。
今年與去年相比， 增加的內(nèi)容有：關(guān)于金融危機(jī)和渣打應(yīng)對，渣打的歷史足跡，渣打與其他銀行的關(guān)系等；
暫時(shí)未被問到的有：如何處理文化沖突，如何與其他國家的員工共處等

3.面試
渣打面試的程序基本分為面談和ac兩部分。面試為中英文，其中英文占據(jù)很大比重。大街網(wǎng)提示您，在準(zhǔn)備渣打面試的時(shí)候有幾點(diǎn)要注意: 1.許多問題雖然問法不一樣,但問的都是同一樣?xùn)|西,所以準(zhǔn)備答案之余懂得融會貫通很重要。2.能上網(wǎng)找一下資料,看看hr要的是什么,然后和渣打的精神結(jié)合起來講,這樣才不會落于俗套。3.了解渣打的理念,不用過于詳細(xì),再準(zhǔn)備幾個(gè)能說明你性格優(yōu)點(diǎn)的例子,例如學(xué)生會工作或者工作經(jīng)歷什么的, hr看重的這些經(jīng)歷在最后都如何幫助你build up了你所陳述的性格優(yōu)點(diǎn)，這樣就讓自己對自己的評價(jià)有所說服力。4.很重要的一點(diǎn),不要不懂裝懂。
