JCDecaux Momentum Shanghai Airport Advertising Co., Ltd is a joint venture established in 2005 by Shanghai International Airport (SIA), JCDecaux Pearl & Dean Ltd and Shanghai Momentum Media & Advertising Co. Ltd to operate and develop all the indoor and outdoor advertising media in both airports in Shanghai Pudong International Airport and Hongqiao International Airport. Further more, our network extends to Beijing Capital International Airport Terminal 3 and Qingdao Liuting International Airport.
Job Description:
1.Check incoming mails when sales are absent.
2.Prepare proposal, production and installation contract for sales before final confirmation by both parties.
3.Follow up the contract once receiving both parties’ confirmation.
4.Issuing the contract after all of the items have been confirmed by company and clients and then printing it.
5.Payment chasing (including media and production cost) during different payment period.
6.Update the sales contract list and making relevant official letter.
Qualifications and experience:
1.Fluent in both oral and written English and good command of MS Office software,especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
2.Good communication skill, self-motivated, a good team player, initiative, integrity.
