AZ Internship Program 是西門子的暑期實(shí)習(xí)生項(xiàng)目。西門子希望通過(guò)春季校園招聘吸引能力出眾的優(yōu)秀學(xué)生進(jìn)入公司，參加為期兩個(gè)月(7月- 9月)的暑期實(shí)習(xí)。AZ實(shí)習(xí)生項(xiàng)目為同學(xué)們提供一個(gè)深入了解公司、業(yè)務(wù)部門以及價(jià)值觀和文化的平臺(tái)。
項(xiàng)目中，同學(xué)們不僅能夠接受來(lái)自西門子管理學(xué)院資深講師帶來(lái)的培訓(xùn)，組建項(xiàng)目組，完成商業(yè)提案;更能獲得經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的導(dǎo)師的一對(duì)一指導(dǎo)，參與其他豐富多彩的活動(dòng)。項(xiàng)目結(jié)束后，公司會(huì)對(duì)所有參與項(xiàng)目的同學(xué)們進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)性評(píng)估，表現(xiàn)突出的同學(xué)終將被西門子公司正式錄用。
