South China Group Management Trainee Program
一、The Program
The Company aims to provide a framework that will support trainees towards achieving full CIMA membership. On our Program, trainees will be provided with a three-year CIMA qualification program during which the Company will provide job rotations in different locations in Hong Kong and PRC.
During the program, trainees will be fully supported by the Company. A mentor will be allocated to every trainee. The mentor will be able to provide guidance, information, advice and encouragement to the trainee. Different meetings with team members from different parties will be held for reviewing the progress of the training so as to ensure that the training is on the right track.
Moreover, trainees will be reimbursed for costs relating to textbooks and examination for successful attempts, granted for study leaves for the first attempt and exam leaves.
二、Career Progression
You will be eligible for promotion and may apply for subsequent managerial positions that become available once qualified as an Associate Member of CIMA.
三、Requirements for Entry
Degree holder in relation to Bachelor of Business Administration, Architectural studies, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Journalism, Communication or relevant discipline
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills as well as good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Overseas fresh graduates and Mainland Chinese graduates are also welcome
Have authorization to work in Hong Kong
