崗位描述Job Description:
Responsible for the commissioning and warranty work for BCP delivery at customer site;
負責BCP銷售產(chǎn)品在客戶現(xiàn)場的調(diào)試，售后服務(wù)工作
Solve the failure happened during the trains testing and operation, and give investigate report in time
解決BCP銷售產(chǎn)品在調(diào)試，售后過程中產(chǎn)品發(fā)生的故障;并及時提供報告
Communcate with the customer; support the customer to solve the problems of the customer to fulfil the proper requirement from customer;
負責現(xiàn)場與客戶的溝通，及時解決客戶提出的疑問;滿足客戶合理要求
Assist forman or engineer to deal with site issue
協(xié)助現(xiàn)場班長或工程師處理現(xiàn)場問題
Implement the site working plan , submit to the task arrangement
執(zhí)行現(xiàn)場工作計劃，服從工作安排
Responsible for the safety of site team and related HSE responsibility of this position.
負責相應(yīng)現(xiàn)場的C&W團隊的安全，執(zhí)行本崗位在HSE體系中的職責。

Take part in company comprehensive training as graduates, looking for own interesting and advantages.
作為應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生參加公司的全面培訓(xùn)，尋找自己的專業(yè)優(yōu)勢及興趣點。
Take part in related training in workshop and C&W both for half a year, then transfer to Engineering Dept.
在車間及售后部門進行為其各半年的相關(guān)知識的學習培訓(xùn)后轉(zhuǎn)入工程部。
According to personal need and company requirement, work on R&D work related in transformer, Traction Motor, Convertor and TCMS after join Engineering Dept.
進人工程部后根據(jù)個人情況及公司需要安排從事變流器，牽引電機，變壓器及TCMS的研發(fā)工作。
人員要求Qualification:
Master degree and major in electrical or mechnical related field, excellent bachelor is also good.
電氣或機械相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士學歷，優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆本科生亦可。
CET-6，good reading and written English skill, oral English must good enough to do daily working communication.
英語6級，良好的英語讀寫能力,口語需能進行日常的工作交流。
Master 3D design software such as ProE or Catia or UG2(mechnical and related field)
熟練掌握ProE 或 CATIA 或UG2三維設(shè)計軟件(機械類相關(guān)專業(yè))
Master Electrical design & simulation software such as AutoCAD, PROTEL，MATLAB etc.(Electrical and related field)
