Distributor Management Specialist
Key Accountatiblities:
1.Vehicle Refinishes (VR) Distributor Portfolio management
· Manage distributor portfolio aligning with VR China strategy and business requirements;
· Source, assess and introduce new distributor to support business development.
· Liaise with field sales team to review and manage distributor performance.
· Complete monthly distributor performance report to support finance analysis, and financial performance.
2. Implement distributor management process and tools
· Implement regular distributor management process, review distributor KPIs, scorecards etc.
· Improve and optimize existing process and tools based on feedback from the field and regular analysis.
· Develop and implement distributor-field sales delivery model.
3. Review, develop and improve distributor capability to meet end-user requirements and satisfaction.
4. Provide finance analysis and optimize trading term based on the business requirements.
Requirements:
· Bachelor and above degree in discipline of business or chemical;
· Good command of English in verbal and written.
· Frequent domestic travel.
· Positive mindset and able to work under pressure.
· Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skill.
· Good command of Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PPT.
