Sales Specialist Off-Highway Systems:
Sales, project management and customer care for Off-Highway Systems, produced in ZF plants in Passau/Germany, Stankov/Chech Republic, Coimbatore / India and Liuzhou/China.
主要職責 Key Responsibilities
工作職責內(nèi)容
Key responsibilities
Technical and commercial support in assigned business field of Off-Highway Systems in all areas according to
Project management of existing projects and new projects, especially for import business (Passau/Stankov/Coimbatore products).
Generating sales contracts for import business acc. to input from sales manager / senior sales managers
Follow up deliveries with ZF production plants
Follow up customer payments
Update 12 months rolling sales forecast monthly based on input from sales managers so as to shorten lead time and facilitate the plants for material planning.
Working with Passau Product Cost Planning / Product Management to generate cost calculation (SK calculation) for import products.
Be trained and assigned as key user for SAP to facilitate business.
Bid proposal, bid management and commercial negotiations
Contribution in Sales promotion activities, esp. participation in the discussion with selected customer for promoting ZF products into the domestic market.
Working with marketing / sales managers to join / organize customer’s dealer events.
Working with marketing / sales managers to increase user awareness of ZF products, esp. in RT crane, reach stacker, IC forklifts, e.g. via visiting main harbors.
Coordinate with ZF Service organizations to offer product / service training for customers.
Market, competitor and customer analysis and observation.
