簡(jiǎn)介: 《舌尖上的中國(guó)》是中央電視臺(tái)紀(jì)錄頻道于2012年推出的一部大型原創(chuàng)紀(jì)錄片,該片以美食為切入點(diǎn),通過(guò)紀(jì)錄片影像進(jìn)行一次中國(guó)飲食文化全景式、深層次地人文解讀,全片以“中華美食”為路徑,展示了中國(guó)遼闊地域的風(fēng)土人情,將鏡頭對(duì)準(zhǔn)中國(guó)社會(huì)的普通民眾,展現(xiàn)了中國(guó)人的生活智慧、熱情和追求。
《舌尖》讓人們愛(ài)上“那一個(gè)個(gè)采摘者、種植者、打撈者,以及持守傳統(tǒng)制作工藝的烹飪者”,用那些我們熟知未知的食材,傳達(dá)了有關(guān)于記憶的共同屬性,擊中的不是個(gè)體,而是所有人心。從今以后,一米一面,當(dāng)知自然厚藏,萬(wàn)勿浪費(fèi)。
A Bite of China is a 2012 Chinese documentary television series on the history of food, eating, and cooking in China. It first aired May 14, 2012 on China Central Television and quickly gained high ratings and widespread popularity.The seven-episode documentary series, which began filming in March 2011, introduces the history and story behind foods of various kinds in more than 60 locations in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
The documentary has also been actively encouraged as a means of introducing Chinese food culture to those unfamiliar with local cuisine. A second season of A Bite of China, also consist of seven episodes, is set to air from April 18 to June 6, 2014.
劇情: 《舌尖上的中國(guó)2》共8集,分別為《腳步》、《心傳》、《時(shí)節(jié)》、《家?!贰ⅰ睹鼐场?、《相逢》、《三餐》,《花絮》。每集50分鐘。一張張餐桌見(jiàn)證生命的誕生、成長(zhǎng)、相聚、別離,通過(guò)美食,使人們有滋有味地認(rèn)知古老的東方國(guó)度。
