Senior Associate Survey & Impact Assessments
This is a challenging and excting opportunity to join ELEVATE Global Ltd.- a leading provider of corporate social performance solutions. Our mission is to help companies implement supplier performance programs that achieve the responsible balance between doing good business and meeting supplier responsibility requirements.
We work with retailers, brands, suppliers, and factories across a wide range of industries around the world, with particular expertise in electronics, apparel, footwear and hardlines.
Primary Duties
• Manage surveys, including worker surveys and industry surveys
• Conduct analyses of data collected, and reports for multinational brands in English
• Work with the Assessment team to enhance the effectiveness of and expand the program
Required Skills
• Mother tongue level English
• Ideally can read/ write Mandarin as well
• Strong organizational skills
• Capable to do advanced Social Statistical Analysis
• An understanding of and experience in communicating statistics and data
• Candidate needs to be highly reliable, well-spoken and well-informed
• Strong team player a must
Required Knowledge and Experience
• Masters degree in Sociology or related fields
• Understanding of labor issues, human rights issues and corporate social responsibility
• Experience in executing social surveys (quantitative and/or qualitative)
• Experience in report writing
• Advanced knowledge of SPSS
• Good computer literacy , including MS office software
