基本結(jié)構(gòu)（三段式）
第一段：你應(yīng)該開門見山地介紹一下你所推薦的這個人的能力和你對他的熟悉達(dá)到什么程度。如果被推薦的人是你的一個雇員或合作者，你有必要先介紹一下被推薦人擔(dān)任的職務(wù)，他個人在任中出色完成的一些項(xiàng)目。接下來，你用一句簡明扼要的話提一下你們公司的性質(zhì)和主營范圍。另外，你也應(yīng)簡要地談一下你對被推薦者的看法。
第二段：在這一段中，你應(yīng)該具體地闡述一下你對這位雇員（被推薦者）的評價(jià)?？梢酝ㄟ^列舉一些他在雇用期間出色完成的項(xiàng)目來強(qiáng)化你的觀點(diǎn)，并適當(dāng)提供一些細(xì)節(jié)。你還應(yīng)該段描寫一下這位被推薦者的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，尤其是在工作所表現(xiàn)出的那些特點(diǎn)。還可以寫一下你與之一起共事的感受。
