二、“生力軍計劃”簡介
國民油井華高的“生力軍計劃” (管理培訓生發(fā)展項目)目的是培訓和發(fā)展具有潛力的大學畢業(yè)生，為他們的職業(yè)發(fā)展提供優(yōu)質(zhì)平臺;同時該項目也將為公司輸入新鮮的血液，引進高素質(zhì)人才，進而強化公司的多元化人才發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。“生力軍計劃”發(fā)起于2006年，在過去的8年中已在全球過100多所大學中招聘了數(shù)百名優(yōu)秀人才。
National Oilwell Varco has created the Next Generation Program to train and develop high-potential university graduates for future leadership positions. The Next Generation Program aims to add new talent to National Oilwell Varco’s dynamic company culture. The program was created in 2006 and Past recruits have come from over 100 universities worldwide.
我們將為加入“生力軍計劃”的員工安排為期一年的輪崗，通過在4個不同業(yè)務部門的學習和實踐，提升員工在工程、市場、制造和信息系統(tǒng)等多方面的專業(yè)能力，與此同時生力軍項目成員還將在該過程中，獲得來自直線經(jīng)理和資深員工的全面輔導，幫助初入職場的大學生快速適應職場。輪崗期結(jié)束后，公司會根據(jù)業(yè)務部門需求同時結(jié)合生力軍成員的優(yōu)勢、特點和興趣為其進行公司內(nèi)部的定職定崗。
The first year of employment consists of rotations throughout the numerous division of National Oilwell Varco. The customized rotational schedule focuses on providing a well-rounded experience in such capacities as engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and information systems.Meanwhile, the next generations will switch mindset from a school to workplace quickly through the coach from supervisor or mentor.The rotational period lasts one year with 3 domestic and 1 international rotations. Upon completion of the first year, the recruits are then placed into permanent positions based upon the business needs of National Oilwell Varco and the individuals’ strengths and interests.
