二、“生力軍計(jì)劃”簡(jiǎn)介
國(guó)民油井華高的“生力軍計(jì)劃” (管理培訓(xùn)生發(fā)展項(xiàng)目)目的是培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展具有潛力的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生，為他們的職業(yè)發(fā)展提供優(yōu)質(zhì)平臺(tái);同時(shí)該項(xiàng)目也將為公司輸入新鮮的血液，引進(jìn)高素質(zhì)人才，進(jìn)而強(qiáng)化公司的多元化人才發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。“生力軍計(jì)劃”發(fā)起于2006年，在過(guò)去的8年中已在全球過(guò)100多所大學(xué)中招聘了數(shù)百名優(yōu)秀人才。
National Oilwell Varco has created the Next Generation Program to train and develop high-potential university graduates for future leadership positions. The Next Generation Program aims to add new talent to National Oilwell Varco’s dynamic company culture. The program was created in 2006 and Past recruits have come from over 100 universities worldwide.
我們將為加入“生力軍計(jì)劃”的員工安排為期一年的輪崗，通過(guò)在4個(gè)不同業(yè)務(wù)部門的學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)踐，提升員工在工程、市場(chǎng)、制造和信息系統(tǒng)等多方面的專業(yè)能力，與此同時(shí)生力軍項(xiàng)目成員還將在該過(guò)程中，獲得來(lái)自直線經(jīng)理和資深員工的全面輔導(dǎo)，幫助初入職場(chǎng)的大學(xué)生快速適應(yīng)職場(chǎng)。輪崗期結(jié)束后，公司會(huì)根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)部門需求同時(shí)結(jié)合生力軍成員的優(yōu)勢(shì)、特點(diǎn)和興趣為其進(jìn)行公司內(nèi)部的定職定崗。
The first year of employment consists of rotations throughout the numerous division of National Oilwell Varco. The customized rotational schedule focuses on providing a well-rounded experience in such capacities as engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and information systems.Meanwhile, the next generations will switch mindset from a school to workplace quickly through the coach from supervisor or mentor.The rotational period lasts one year with 3 domestic and 1 international rotations. Upon completion of the first year, the recruits are then placed into permanent positions based upon the business needs of National Oilwell Varco and the individuals’ strengths and interests.
