Be a fast tracker in your career, join Belden as Management Trainee
Our Management Trainee Program is aiming to bring a high-caliber career starter into Belden Asia, to acquire extensive business and technical exposures and grow with the Company. Finance Trainee is a 1 year program and it is going to be a fast track program for your career development. Attachment in our China locations leading to a professional position upon the end of the program. Subject to outstanding performances and capabilities, further advancement to various career growth positions within the organization is expected.
During orientation, our management trainees will experience a variety of activities, including business project as well as being continuously coached and trained by the line managers. Following the orientation and training, the management trainees will move into respective departments to begin a focused attachment in preparation for their fast track career growth.
