Responsibilities:
Support sourcing team to specify users requirement and complete purchase requests, including but not limited to:
Obtaining quotations from preferred suppliers;
Searching qualified suppliers;
Price comparison and select the most cost effective price.
Support sourcing projects in following aspects:
Price analysis;
Supplier evaluation;
Communication to suppliers and users.
PO reports consolidation and analysis
Product catalogue’s maintenance
Internal data collection and analysis
Market research
Other tasks assigned by SCM team
Requirement:
Graduate student, major in business administration is preferred, internship experience with SCM or related principle would be plus.
Ensure at least 4 working day/week in at least 6 months internship
Be good at Microsoft office, especially EXCEL.
To be able to well communicate in English, at least able to read and write in English
Good at inter-personal communication
