有時(shí)候我們說英語用詞不對(duì)，或者說法不地道，造成誤解或者不解。那么我們就有必要換一種說法解釋清楚,讓人明白?？聪旅孢@組對(duì)話：
Mark: "English is a very easy language to learn."
馬克：英語是一門很容易學(xué)的
Susan: "What do you mean?"
蘇珊：你的意思是？
Mark: "Well, what I meant to say was that it is easy if you practice every day."

以下是幾種在日常英語中能把問題解釋清楚的地道說法：
1、重組語句，換一種說法
"What I meant to say was…" 我的意思是…
"Let me rephrase that…" 讓我來解釋一下…
"Let me put this another way…" 讓我換一種說法…
"Perhaps I'm not making myself clear…" 也許我沒表達(dá)清楚我的意思…
2、從頭再說一次
"If we go back to the beginning…" 如果從頭說的話…
"The basic idea is…" 基本的想法就是…
"One way of looking at it is…" 觀點(diǎn)之一就是…
"Another way of looking at it is…" 另一種觀點(diǎn)就是…
3、如果一下子卡了殼,想不起來用英語怎么說
"I can't find the word I'm looking for…" 我想不起來我要說的那個(gè)單詞了…
"I'm not sure that this is the right word, but…" 我不確定這是不是合適的話，但是…
"What I want to say is…" 我想說的是…
不要害怕重復(fù)你的話，如果每次解釋的話都有稍微的差別，讓人可以猜測(cè)到你要說什么，基本上別人都能理解個(gè)八九不離十。
