Responsibility職責(zé)
lWork independently to do field check based on deep understanding of company policy;
在理解公司各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度的基礎(chǔ)上，獨(dú)立進(jìn)行區(qū)域檢查;
lEnsure high checking quality, to identify problem, and analyze potential risk;
保證高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的檢查質(zhì)量，能識(shí)別發(fā)生的問(wèn)題，并分析潛在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn);
lUpdate the company procedure and policy according to risky point and put forward reasonable suggestions;
根據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)更新公司程序和政策，并提出合理化建議;
lPrepare checking points and relevant material for each task;
為每一個(gè)檢查項(xiàng)目準(zhǔn)備檢查點(diǎn)和相關(guān)培訓(xùn)資料;
lHold training for each responsible task and Q&A during checking;
為負(fù)責(zé)的檢查項(xiàng)目準(zhǔn)備培訓(xùn)，在檢查期間負(fù)責(zé)解答遇到的問(wèn)題;
lAnalyze checking result and make Internal Control National/Regional/Store Report;
分析檢查結(jié)果，制作全國(guó)報(bào)告、區(qū)報(bào)和店報(bào);
lCalculate performance evaluation (KPI) for each checking objective group;
為每個(gè)檢查目標(biāo)群組計(jì)算評(píng)估績(jī)效報(bào)告(KPI);
lOther work assigned by National Internal Control Director.
中國(guó)區(qū)內(nèi)控總監(jiān)安排的其他事務(wù)。
Requirements職位需求
lBachelor and above;
本科及以上學(xué)歷;
lWith finance background, accounting and audit will be preferable;
擁有財(cái)務(wù)背景，會(huì)計(jì)、審計(jì)背景優(yōu)先;
lGood communication;
良好的理解力;
lEnglish on Listening, Written, Spoken and Reading;
英文聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)能力;
lDetail and accuracy oriented with good logical and analytical skills;
注重細(xì)節(jié)和準(zhǔn)確性，有著良好的邏輯性和分析能力;
lStrong reporting writing and presentation skills;
良好的報(bào)告撰寫(xiě)和展示能力;
lGood data analysis and processing ability and proficient in Office software;
