We are looking for the following:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Management Administration or Accountancy
• High capability in Maths, equivalent of Maths grade A at GCSE or A-Level
We are looking for flexible individuals who have a keen interest in finance with the ability to be enterprise minded whilst being attentive to detail. Successful applicants will have excellent communication, influencing, relationship building and team working skills.
What will the programme be like?
Our three-year rotational finance programme combines practical work experience whilst studying for a professional qualification. This will equip you with the skills to develop a career within our global finance community. The Finance Future Leaders Programme provides a solid foundation across key development roles throughout our organisation.
Juggling work and study for a finance qualification can be demanding but the rewards will be worth the hard work you put in. You will be fully supported throughout the programme with your rotation Line Manager, coach, buddy, mentor, senior finance leaders and the central programme team.
How will it help my career prospects?
Our Finance Future Leaders Programme will develop and support you at every stage of your career within our finance organisation. We will encourage you to actively manage your personal development through stretching rotations that will provide you with the foundations for a successful finance career with us.
