【MT Program】
Program Introduction:
To meet the rapid growth of HSBC Global Service Centre China , there is a need to develop and strengthen a local management team with appropriate experience and expertise to support its increasingly complex functions. The MT program is a structured development program aimed at recruiting and grooming home grown talent to take up leadership positions.
Requirement:
High potential graduates with less than one year work experience.
Candidate must obtain a Bachelor/Master degree in any discipline.
Excellent language capability in English and Cantonese is a must.
Location: Guangzhou/Foshan, China
Duration: The duration of the MT program will be 24 months
Program Content:
Mentor Coaching
A senior member of the management team will act as mentor of the trainee throughout the program.
Capability Development
Attachments to different functions for technical skills and management experience will form an integral part of this program.
In-house Training
Various in-house training courses will be arranged to equip management trainees with advanced leadership and management techniques.
