Our mission
In every industry and sector, the leaders of tomorrow are found among the young people of today.
We seek out exceptional Chinese graduates, and give them the experience of working within an English-speaking global business. The programme seeks to help them develop into the potential managers and leaders of the future by placing them in an international environment where they can experience new social and business cultures.
We also hope that some of these people will be able to help shape the future growth and direction of the thoroughbred industry, both in China and across the world.
