    招聘崗位:
    1.Junior Coordinator(Roadside Division)--30個職位空缺
    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Position: Junior Coordinator(Roadside Division)
    Reports To: Roadside Supervisor
    Based in: Suzhou
    Job Purpose:
    To provide an efficient, professional and proactive customer focused response to requests for medical assistance, and to coordinate all aspects of assistance in a cost effective and thoughtful way in line with company procedures.
    The department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including public holidays).
    Assistance Coordinator will be privy to sensitive company and customer information; therefore discretion must be used in communicating with external entities
    Position Responsibility:
    a. To handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a prompt and courteous manner in line with company standards.
    b. To assist customers as necessary by taking actions to provide high level services according to their needs and strive to always exceed their expectations
    c. Input the correct actions and correspondence into computer based system to ensure the clients and supervisor are updated accurately and timely on progress.
    d. Work in a team environment to ensure proper case handling
    e. Work towards achieving on all Objectives set for department and individual
    f. Work on projects as assigned by team leader and/or Call Center Supervisor/Manager
    g. Report to the Team Leader or/and Supervisor for any complication and complaint regardless of valid or invalid complaints.
    h. Other works assigns by team leader or/and Supervisor
    Education & Experience
    a. college graduate or above
    b. Motor or Assistance industry background will be a plus. Call center experience preferred.
    Competencies
    a. Excellent communication skills; Experiences in call center/customer services are advantage.
    b. Strong sense of customer service skills; Ability to handle diverse people, excellent customer service experience
    c. Should analyze the customer problem properly and provide logical solutions
    d. Possess a sense of commercial awareness
    e. Excellent PC skills(Word, Excel, Internet), including strong typing ability
    f. Available to work weekdays and weekends; overnight shift is required
    g. Possess cooperative spirit of teamwork
    h. Focus on customer

    2.Junior Coordinator(Medical Division,要求英語口語流利)-10個空缺職位
    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Position: Junior Coordinator(Medical Division)
    Reports To: Medical Supervisor
    Based in: Suzhou
    Job Purpose:
    To provide an efficient, professional and proactive customer focused response to requests for medical assistance, and to coordinate all aspects of assistance in a cost effective and thoughtful way in line with company procedures.
    The department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including public holidays).
    Assistance Coordinator will be privy to sensitive company and customer information; therefore discretion must be used in communicating with external entities
    Position Responsibilities:
    I.Alarm Center Coming Calls Monitoring
    a. Answer all incoming and outgoing calls for lifestyle, travel, medical assistance.
    b. Assistant clients by taking actions to provide the high level and satisfied services in line with the requirement and within the entitlement of the insurance policy.
    c. Back up to answer the RSA coming calls without delay if their lines are all busy.
    d. Report to the supervisor for any complication and complaint. Regardless of valid or invalid complaints.
    II. Case handling and Service Delivery Assurance
    a. Handle and Review cases on daily basis i.e. completion of services, follow up of each cases, completion of record on file, etc.
    b. Report to Supervisor for any major case or claim immediately
    c. Make case summary termly. Record the valuable information for the medical team.
    d. Prepare the transmission. Hand over cases on shift.
    III. Provide orientation training and refreshment training
    a. Implement on job training for the new staff.
    b. Report any complaint to Supervisor, regardless of valid or invalid complaints.
    c.Assistance Supervisor to prepare the relevant document
    V. Assist recovery of Domestic Claim Case
    a. Review the Domestic claim case on daily basis. Ensure the client is well informed the claim document.
    b. Clarify and prepare the documents to insurance company for outstanding payment disbursement.
    c. Other works assigns by Supervisor
    VI. Invoice sort-out & Payment application
    a. Coordinate with Medical director to evaluate the medical bills.
    b. Prepare the payment application in due course
    c. Assist supervisor to sort out the original bills.
    d. Assist in the collating of long term opening cases
    Education & Experience
    1. At least one year of working experience with college graduate or above
    2. Medical, automobile or travel industry background will be a plus. Call center experience preferred.
    Competencies
    1.Excellent command of English and Mandarin (verbal and written), third language is an advantage
    2. Excellent communication skills; Experiences in call center/customer services are advantage.
    Strong sense of customer service skills; Ability to handle diverse people, excellent customer service experience
