埃森哲中國信息技術(shù)交付中心(CDC)始建于2002年，是埃森哲全球交付網(wǎng)絡(luò)中舉足輕重的戰(zhàn)略節(jié)點(diǎn)，也是我們利用創(chuàng)新方式為客戶交付IT解決方案這一戰(zhàn)略模式的關(guān)鍵。該交付中心目前在大連、上海、廣州設(shè)有分支機(jī)構(gòu)，主要為中國、日本等亞太地區(qū)、以及歐美等全球其他國家的客戶提供多語言軟件系統(tǒng)集成、軟件系統(tǒng)維護(hù)及服務(wù)外包、專業(yè)測試、以及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施技術(shù)外包等服務(wù)。

招聘職位：
Associate Software Engineer助理軟件工程師
Responsibility may include:
Coding and testing program modules that meet detail design specifications;
結(jié)合詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)完成必要的軟件編碼和測試，滿足客戶需求
Maintaining, and supporting applications to keep them performing according to technical and functional specifications;
負(fù)責(zé)應(yīng)用程序的維護(hù)與支持，使其按照技術(shù)及功能規(guī)范運(yùn)行
Participating in execution and documentation of tests for testing application functional or technical requirements
執(zhí)行軟件測試，進(jìn)行BUG分析與測試分析，編寫測試報(bào)告
Error handling and reporting

System performance summarizing and reporting
提供系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行總結(jié)和分析報(bào)告
Other activities required by supervisors/centre management team according to project needs and centre business needs.

Qualifications
2014 graduates with a Bachelor degree 2014屆本科畢業(yè)生
Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering related field, or Japanese major. 計(jì)算機(jī)或軟件相關(guān)專業(yè)，或日語專業(yè)
Good language skills in writing and speaking: 出色的外語能力，英語組CET6以上，日語組N2以上優(yōu)先
English Group: CET6 and above
Japanese Group: N2 and above
Understanding of principles of the software development lifecycle. 熟悉軟件開發(fā)生命周期
Good team worker, logical and analytical. 具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，邏輯思維和分析能力
Proven capability of a quick learner, self-driven and self-motivated. 具備快速學(xué)習(xí)能力和自我激勵精神
