JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Working Reationships
Interna – Business unit head, research mid- senior management, research executive, supervisor or other departments reevant managers and staff
Externa – Paraprofessiona person with key accounts and reguar projects coordinator
Projects Research
Conduct market, industry, and company eve anaysis, research and review
Support proposa and report writing
Grasp and understand what is expained quicky throughout the whoe project procedure
Quick earner and can think out of box
Make PPT charting in a skifu and smart way
Provide sufficient and effective assistance in research projects to Sr. Executive or Managers on ground research work
Open to Business trave if necessary
Operation Coordination
Coordinate we with FD/DP/QC on research projects
Keep informed we about project status and take ownership for the project
Do simpe costing as per instruction
Cient Service
Composed, professiona react to requests and tasks in a timey manner
Communicate with interna coeagues and externa cients on projects we in both of Engish and Mandarin
Good in fiing, tracking, foow up and documentation
Others
Wiing upgrade skisets as per job requirement
Sef-motivated, proactive whie facing new chaenges
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Academic Background
Graduates or post graduates of 2014
Outstanding academic credentias obtained
Good command of MS-Office, incuding Word, Exce and PowerPoint, statistics software acquired is preferred (SPSS, SAP, SAS etc.)
Fuent in both of Mandarin and Engish
Socia Practice
0-1 year intern experience in market research, marketing, anaysis function is preferred
Overseas exchange study or intern working experience is a pus
Organizer/ key payer of schoo societies and socia activities is a pus
Professiona Skis
Exceent ogica thinking, anayzing, probems soving, independent, and insightfu
Exceent expression and communication ski
Good interpersona ski and presentation ski
Good fexibiity and abe to work under pressure
Acceptabe to job rotations among different functions and strong mobiity among cities
With eadership potentia and panned to be a future manager or eader
Basic knowedge in market, strong market orientation and sense, and strong abiity in project foow up
Cient oriented and good service attitude
Personaity & Characteristics
