    德爾格國(guó)際畢業(yè)生計(jì)劃是這樣展開的:
    此計(jì)劃共持續(xù)21個(gè)月。在此期間,你將完成三個(gè)以項(xiàng)目為形式而體現(xiàn)的不同任務(wù)。第一個(gè)任務(wù)會(huì)在德爾格總部呂貝克進(jìn)行,第二個(gè)任務(wù)將在總部以外進(jìn)行,第三個(gè)任務(wù)的地點(diǎn)將由你未來(lái)組織內(nèi)部所處角色來(lái)決定。任務(wù)過(guò)程中,你將獲得與他人緊密結(jié)合的多種培訓(xùn)。這意味著作為一個(gè)在德爾格的新人,你將不會(huì)在整個(gè)公司進(jìn)行所謂的輪崗才找到你真正適合的崗位;取而代之的是,在德爾格的伊始,你就將投身讓你怦然心動(dòng)的領(lǐng)域。

    三、招聘職位
    Service Department - Field Service Engineer
    Descriptions:
    1.Performs warranty and installation
    2.Executes technical corrective actions
    3.Performs paid job repair to customer (quote, negotiate and confirm price with customer)
    4.Performs corrective repairs / maintenance visits
    5.Tracks installed base accuracy & variances
    6.Provides support to sales for replacement / special sales programs, exhibition
    7.Follow company process for parts management and book daily work in related system
    8.AR collection for his territory
    9.Finish the assign task from mentor
    Requirements:
    1.Bachelor degree and above with major in Biomedical engineering or electronic engineering.
    2.Excellent written and oral English.
    3.Will graduate in 2015.
    Sales Department - Dealer Manager
    Descriptions:
    1.Identifies relevant trends in the market
    2.Translates these trends into actions and products in agreement with the overall strategy
    3.Represents Dräger strategic vision and broader perspective to agents / dealers
    4.With regular visits to the main decision makers within the account to establish solid contacts for ongoing or future business
    5.Tender management – co-ordinates dealers (and other internal resources), to ensure best fit with Dräger portfolio offering
    6.Customer relationship management (history of customers, customers installed base by Dräger & competitors, win / lost order analysis in the area by dealer, plan A, B customers)
    7.Market share and competitive information
    8.A, B customers profile
    9.Determines dealers‘ / agents’ needs
    10.Determines action plan by dealer area for budget achievement
    11.ROI on actions in the accounts by dealer
    12.Sets clear resources and set clear tasks and goals for the organization managed (i.e. propose discounts, commissions for dealers, area definitions and revisions, salary & bonus plans and revision)
    13.Manages the sales support specialists for sales demos
    14.Monitors dealers product portfolio and organization development to disclose inconsistency with Dräger strategy and mission
    15.Implement sales processes
    16.Ensures that employees agents / dealers are properly supported, trained and evaluated; keep dealers and sales support specialists highly motivated
    Requirements:
    1.Bachelor degree and above with major in Biomedical engineering or Clinical medicine.

    Marketing Department - Product Specialist
    Descriptions:
    1.To develop user application knowledge with modality manager to leverage product benefit
    2.Collect competitive information; understand user sensitivity and inform sales and marketing
    3.Training of Sales Engineers to ensure sales force efficiency
    4.To identify the most efficient arguments to the benefit of the offer
    5.Internal training on new products and services; update existing products
    6.Product launch, inc. set up product promotion folder, write local case study
    7.Update market and competitive information
    8.Communicates new developments internally (product and market)
    9.Promotional activities - congresses /Seminar/Exhibition, etc
    10.Assists sales team in tendering – strategy and technical specifications
    Requirements:
    1.Master degree with major in Biomedical engineering or Clinical medicine or bachelor degree with major in Marketing, Commercial, Business Administration, Maths, Economics or equivalent.
    2.Excellent written and oral English.
    3.Will graduate in 2015.

    通過(guò)測(cè)評(píng)中心后,每個(gè)崗位我們將甄選2名候選人參加為期兩個(gè)月的暑期實(shí)習(xí),您將在日常工作中充分領(lǐng)略德爾格的企業(yè)文化,體驗(yàn)工作流程,并且我們將指派富有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的導(dǎo)師,為你提供工作上的幫助和指導(dǎo)。此外,您將被委派一個(gè)任務(wù),在實(shí)習(xí)期間完成并在實(shí)習(xí)屆滿時(shí)向管理層匯報(bào)成果。
