Position: Technology Team Assistant
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities
1.As assistant to head of Technology, help arrange travels, meetings, calendars, activity co-ordinations and other daily assistant work.
2.As assistant to Technology team, help arrange travels and meetings for all team members together with other team logistics related work.
3.Some translation work for CTO’s presentations and docs.
Qualification
1.Excellent in both written and spoken English (no other foreign language required)
2.Graduate or senior student from linguistic universities
3.Very familiar with Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
4.Previous intern experience as an assistant would be a plus
5.At least 3-4 days work per week (5 days/week preferred)
6.Energetic and self-motivated team player
