APAC Purchasing Intern（亞太區(qū)采購實(shí)習(xí)生-6個(gè)月）
支持采購部門建立集中亞洲間接采購辦公室和組織
責(zé)任：
從所有亞洲國家的間接支出數(shù)據(jù)收集
通過商品和自上而下的，這樣的分析數(shù)據(jù)，為商品戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)建
在回顧的數(shù)據(jù)提供了思想/輸入，并有助于商品戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)建
建立和維護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)庫
跟蹤和保持間接儲(chǔ)蓄，所有亞洲國家的路線圖和儀表板
支持其他間接采購活動(dòng)的需要
主管分配的其他任務(wù)
要求：
大學(xué)的學(xué)生，在采購/供應(yīng)鏈或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
良好的口頭和書面英語，日語/韓語者優(yōu)先
良好的電腦操作技能，如Excel，PPT
制造專業(yè)知識(shí)者優(yōu)先
良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，對(duì)數(shù)字敏感數(shù)據(jù)和信息量
良好的人際關(guān)系和溝通技巧
將任務(wù)和完成任務(wù)通過仔細(xì)的隨訪
具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
每周3天工作，5-6個(gè)月
Support Purchasing department for setting up centralized Asia Indirect Purchasing back office and organization
Responsibilities:
Collect indirect spending data from all Asia countries
Analyze data by commodity and top down and such, for commodity strategy building up
Provide thoughts/inputs after reviewing data, and contribute to commodity strategy building up
Establish and maintain database
Track and maintain indirect savings, roadmaps and dashboard from all Asia countries
Support other indirect purchasing actives as needed
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
University student, major in purchasing/supplier chain or equivalent would be a plus
Good oral and written English, speaking Japanese/Korean would be a plus
Good computer skills, such as Excel, PPT
MFG Pro Knowledge would be a plus
Good data analysis skill, sensitive on numbers and amounts of data and information
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Be committed to tasks and complete tasks with a careful follow-up
Be a good team player
Can work around 3 days per week, 5-6 months
