提貨單簡(jiǎn)稱。在海上貨物運(yùn)輸中，承運(yùn)人收到承運(yùn)的貨物后，簽發(fā)給托運(yùn)人的書面單證。其中正本2-3份，副本若干份。收貨人憑正本提單向貨運(yùn)目的地的運(yùn)輸部門提貨。
