百通赫斯曼（上海）國(guó)際貿(mào)易有限公司招聘管理培訓(xùn)生
我們的管理培訓(xùn)生項(xiàng)目旨在為百通亞太區(qū)吸引更多的人才，幫助他們學(xué)習(xí)各種商業(yè)和技術(shù)知識(shí)，與公司共同發(fā)展。該項(xiàng)目為期6個(gè)月，在此項(xiàng)目結(jié)束后，順利通過(guò)考核的培訓(xùn)生將會(huì)獲得在中國(guó)公司專業(yè)崗位工作的機(jī)會(huì)。對(duì)于表現(xiàn)和能力都非常優(yōu)秀的培訓(xùn)生，公司將提供更多機(jī)會(huì)幫助您在百通進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展。
在這期間，所有管理培訓(xùn)生將參加各種活動(dòng)，包括系統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn)、參與商業(yè)項(xiàng)目以及各部門經(jīng)理的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)。管理培訓(xùn)生將在完成系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)后加入到各個(gè)相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)學(xué)習(xí)，為其之后的事業(yè)發(fā)展打好基礎(chǔ)。

1.成績(jī)優(yōu)秀的商業(yè)或工程本科畢業(yè)生/MBA
2.一年以內(nèi)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.良好的中英文口頭和書面表達(dá)能力(英文需通過(guò)CET6)
4.積極主動(dòng)，學(xué)習(xí)能力快
5.注重細(xì)節(jié)，具備很強(qiáng)的財(cái)務(wù)頭腦
6.能適應(yīng)頻繁的出差
應(yīng)用工程師培訓(xùn)生
高素質(zhì)的應(yīng)屆本科或碩士畢業(yè)生，專業(yè)為工程技術(shù)/IT/計(jì)算機(jī)/網(wǎng)路通信/工業(yè)自動(dòng)化，具備扎實(shí)的理論知識(shí)
一年以內(nèi)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
良好的中英文口頭和書面表達(dá)能力(英文需通過(guò)CET6)
積極主動(dòng)，學(xué)習(xí)能力快
獨(dú)立自主，結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向
高度責(zé)任心，能承受壓力

Be a fast tracker in your career, join Belden as Management Trainee
Our Management Trainee Program is aiming to bring a high-caliber career starter into Belden Asia, to acquire extensive business and technical exposures and grow with the Company. This is a 6-month program and is going to be a fast track program for your career development.Attachment in our China locations leading to a professional position upon the end of the program. Subject to outstanding performances and capabilities, further advancement to various career growth positions within the organization is expected.
During orientation, our management trainees will experience a variety of activities, including business project as well as being continuously coached and trained by the line managers. Following the orientation and training, the management trainees will move into respective departments to begin a focused attachment in preparation for their fast track career growth.
We are looking for the followings:
Sales Trainee
High-caliber graduate / MBA in business or engineering stream with strong academic results
Not more than 1 year’s working experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Mandarin is required. (English should pass CET6).
Strong financial acumen and business sense
High initiative with ability to learn fast
Frequent travelling is required
Application Engineer Trainee
High-caliber bachelor or master graduates in engineering/IT Networking/Industrial Automation, stream with strong academic results.
Less than 1 year working experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (English should pass CET6).
High initiative and with ability to learn fast.
Self-motivated and result driven.
High sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills and team player.
Frequent travelling is required.
