校園招聘:2014喜達屋集團管理培訓生校園招聘現(xiàn)已正式啟動

    喜達屋中國區(qū)為應屆畢業(yè)生提供了一份企業(yè)管理培訓生的計劃,他們能在不同的環(huán)境中感觸到不同的人文,并擁有在酒店真實環(huán)境中實踐的機會,為將來的迅速發(fā)展打下堅實的基礎,做好充分的準備。
    管理培訓生主要招募于酒店人力資源部,收益管理部,財務部,市場銷售部和信息技術部,并能從中國喜達屋酒店中成功的領導人身上學習經驗。培訓時間從12 到18個月不等。在培訓結束后,每位管理培訓生通常會被安排在一家新的酒店開始擔任助理經理,經理或同等職位,來繼續(xù)發(fā)展他們的職業(yè)生涯。

    Campus Recruiting: Corporate Management Trainee Program
    If you are passionate to be hotelier elites, this is a unique experience that we create for the unique you!
    Starwood China offers a Corporate Management Trainee program for graduates that exposes them to the places, people and practices that sets the foundation for success throughout their careers. Trainees concentrate in human resources, revenue management, finance, sales & Marketing, IT or Technical Design in the hotel to learn from leaders in some of the most successful Starwood hotels in China. The length of training varies from 12 to 18 months depending on discipline. At the completion of the training, each participant is placed into an assistant manager, manager or equivalent position, usually at a new hotel where they can go on with their further career development.
    Starwood China Corporate Management Trainee opportunities are limited to fresh graduated students with Chinese nationality, mainland. Experienced, non-student candidates and those without appropriate work authorization are invited to search for current career opportunities.
