    Junior Accountant

    Responsible for the complete, timely execution of the Accounting Operations in good quality according to the defined activity split. Contribute to the reliability of the books in his/her scope of responsibility allowing a certification by external auditors.
    Major Responsibilities:
    Process tasks across the various accounting platforms (e.g. AR/AP/TE, etc.);
    Maintain relevant finance module in the SAP system;
    Act as contact for relevant Accounting process, including managing employee inquiries, escalating issues;
    Maintain efficient Accounting service delivery of managing employee inquiry process according to policies and standards;
    Taking ownership of the solutions for issues occurred in daily operations (general inquiries, explanation and guidance of policies and procedures);

    The position acts as the contact point for relevant process; administers incoming queries, provides HR information, and performs transactional tasks and is responsible for the general administration of managing employee enquiry process.

    Major Responsibilities:
    Assist lab equipment’s (MVR, Injection molding machine, GC, HPLC, Titrator, KF, ect) maintenance;
    Assist of batch release and complaint verification testing;
    Assist of 5S documentation and follow up;
    Assist of LIMS(Lab Information Management System) maintenance;
    Other temporary works;

    Learn basic knowledge of a chemical plant including but not limited: safety and environmental requirements, project support, how to read technical drawings, how to handle chemicals, maintenance procedure, equipment and piping, etc. (process information are not included);
    Learn basic knowledge of a shift organization;
    Learn field operation practice together with experienced operators;

    Process Control Technology Engineer
    工作地點(diǎn):上海
    Execute project work according to engineering concepts, design calculations, P & ID’s(Process & Instrumentation Diagram) and other documentation for installations in field of major competence. Designs special systems as required;
    Major Responsibilities:
    Makes necessary changes in design or other corrections as a result of “trouble-shooting” instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems;
    Analyzes and selects materials and/or equipment best suited for application requirements in instrumentation, controls and electrical power distribution;
    Supports field construction activities including PCS(Polycarbonates) equipment check-out, tuning and start-up at Clients facilities. Verifies proper installation of systems;
    Prepares comparison studies of installation and life cycle costs for various systems and other similar comparisons as requested;
    Performs evaluation of process automation systems within Clients plants or at supplier’s location, for purpose of practical application and efficiency;
    Acts as consultant in field of major competence for others in different areas of engineering.
    Prepares and implements PCS standards;
    Maintains an awareness of environmental and energy compliance requirements on each assignment and works to meet those requirement;
    Prepares cost estimates for process control and electrical systems;
    Prepares Appropriation Request documents.
    Capability and Competence:
    Master degree in a particular discipline of engineering (preferably autoimmunization, electrical or chemical);
    Well versed in the fundamentals of process automation, instrumentation, and electrical engineering;
    Good performance in oral and written communication is required;
    Background in administration and strong leadership is required.
    Process Engineer

    Major Responsibilities:
    Prepare project design basis and scopes including technology selection, flow sheets (PFD/ Process Flow Diagram and P&ID/ Process & Instrumentation Diagram), mass and energy balances, equipment dimension design, equipment specification, layouts;
    Identify customers’ need and the potentials of process improvement. Convince potential customers by technical and economical arguments;
    Provide necessary input to prepare cost estimates and project schedules in support of business contract together with business dept;
    Execute the process improvement project, including analysis of the process, process calculation and technical discussion with internal specialists or external suppliers;
    Communicate the improvement concept to the customer and deliver final report/documentation according to contract;
    Coordinate with other disciplines to provide customer with engineering, procurement and installation service to customer according to contract;
    Provide technical support during start-up phase to ensure the improvement is realized.
    Capability and Competence:
    Master degree in chemical engineering/process technology;
    Familiar with the principles and procedures of project and process engineering, as well as the control and integration of activities associated with design and construction projects;
    Computer skills with office software and process calculation software such as Aspen Plus, as well as graphic design tools such as AutoCAD/Microstation;
    Effective communication skill in English;
    Knowledge of German would be beneficial.
