² One day, a teacher took his pupils to a chicken farm to pay a visit. When they came near the incubator, chick just got out of its egg shell.
【一天，老師帶學(xué)生到養(yǎng)雞場(chǎng)參觀，當(dāng)他們走近孵化器時(shí)，剛好一只小雞破殼而出?！?BR> ² "It's wonderful to see a little thing come out from the egg shell, isn't it？" the teacher said.
² 【“看見一個(gè)小生命從蛋殼里出來，豈不是很奇妙的嗎？”老師說?！?BR> ² "Yes, sir." said one of the boys, " but it would be more wonderful if we knew how a chick gets in to its eggs hell before hand."

"Boy, why have you got cotton-wool in your ear? Is it infected?"
【“孩子，你為什么用棉花塞住耳朵？它感染了嗎？”】
² "No, sir, but you said yesterday that everything you told me went in one ear and out the other , so I am trying to stop it."

² “I'm sorry ，Madam ，but I shall have to charge you twenty dollars for pulling your boy's tooth .”

“Twenty d ollars! Why ，I understand you to say that you charged only four dollars for such work!”

An older ms runs over, takes a look,and says,

“Goodness me!The moon is really in the water!”

And olderly m comes over.
【老猴子也跑過來?！?BR> He is very surprised as well and cries out

“The moon is in the well.”
【“糟了，月亮掉在井里頭了！”】
A group of ms run over to the well.
【一群猴子跑到井邊來，】
They look at the moon in the well and shout:
【他們看到井里的月亮，喊道：】
“The moon did fall into the well!Come on!Let’get it out!”
【“月亮掉在井里頭啦！快來！讓我們把它撈起來！”】
Then,the oldest m hangs on the tree up side down ,with his feet on
the branch.
【然后，老猴子倒掛在大樹上，】
And he pulls the next m’s feet with his hands.
【拉住大猴子的腳，】
All the other ms follow his suit,
【其他的猴子一個(gè)個(gè)跟著，】
And they join each other one by one down to the moon in the well.
【它們一只連著一只直到井里?！?BR> Just before they reach the moon,the oldest m raises his head and happens
to see the moon in the sky,

He yells excitedly “Don’t be so foolish!The moon is still in the sky!”
