l Receive 2~3 years of on-job training/job rotations within GLC China;
l Have opportunity to visit Guocoland Singapore or Malaysia;
l Become a Technical Expertise or Project Manger in a near future.

e. Good logical thinking ability, problem-solving skills and strong executive ability;
f. Good communication skill and interpersonal skill and team work spirit;
