     1) Paying for college is very difficult for many Americans, because tuition is very expensive. Since these schools are so expensive, students often take out student loans.      It has become very popular to exercise in the United States. People believe that it is very good for their health. People also think that exercising will make them more attractive, because Americans believe that people who look fit are very attractive. Here is list of some ways to exercise:

It is important that you remember to wear good running shoes when you run; otherwise, you can injure your knees. You should also run in the morning, because the air is the cleanest at this time. This helps to protect your lungs. You should not run outside if the air pollution is serious where you live.
