Responsibility
1) Collect PO & Non-PO invoices and supporting documents, check invoice validity & appropriate approval of request before scanning to BASC with proper bar-codes;
2) Coordinate with local tax team for VAT invoice verification & Withholding Tax certificate application;
3) Assistant in achieving documents and filling
4) Assistant in BAD collection
