Job Description
Academy Trainee – IC Test Engineer (培訓(xùn)地點(diǎn)：上海 工作地點(diǎn): 西安)
Responsibilities:
•Provide pre- & post-sale support for SOC test systems to world-wide customers
•Design test solution for customer's SOC devices, develop or convert test program on Advantest’s SOC test systems
•Optimize test program to reduce COT(Cost of Test) and increase fault coverage
•Design DUT(Device under Test) board for customers or provide consulting service to customers on it
•Solve engineering and production problems for customers
•Document all projects and intellectual knowledge
•Collaborate with colleagues from division and field personnel for project implementation
•Communicate with customers to ensure services delivered meet their requirements
Qualifications:
•Master or excellent bachelor graduates majored in electronic engineering, RF and Microwave, automation, instrumentation, communications, microelectronics, computer science or related disciplines.
•RF and Microwave background is a strong plus
•Basic C/C++, Perl or Java programming skills
•Technical oriented, be able to learn and work effectively under high pressure
•Good verbal and written English skill
•Good communication skill
•Flexibility to take domestic and overseas business trip extensively
•Project experience in IC design, IC application development and support or IC test is preferred
Academy Trainee – Experienced IC Test Engineer (培訓(xùn)地點(diǎn)：上海 工作地點(diǎn): 西安)
Responsibilities:
•Provide pre- & post-sale support for SOC test systems to world-wide customers
•Design test solution for customer's SOC devices, develop or convert test program on Advantest’s SOC test systems

•Lead test program development project from both technical and project management perspective
•Provide daily mentorship to junior engineers
•Document all projects and intellectual knowledge
•Collaborate with colleagues from division and field personnel for project implementation
•Communicate with customers to ensure services delivered meet their requirements
•Actively propose ideas/solutions to improve productivity and delivery quality.
Qualifications:
•Master or bachelor degree majored in electronic engineering, RF and Microwave, automation, instrumentation, communications, microelectronics, computer science or related disciplines.
•A minimum of 2+ years experiences in ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) or related testing and measurement industries.
•Basic C/C++, Perl or Java programming skills
•Proactive and self-disciplined, be able to learn and work effectively under high pressure
•Proven project management skills, be able to drive for result in a project team
•Good communication skill, be able to collaborate with people effectively
•Good verbal and written English skill
•Flexibility to take domestic and overseas business trip extensively
